A 12 week programme designed to give you the skills and tools you need to lose weight and bring your blood sugars down.

What makes you different?

II understand the science of fat loss and type 2 diabetes, so I can give you the correct advice to lose fat, and reduce your sugars if that’s a goal for you too. Unfortunately many people don’t understand how fat loss works and therefore repeatedly try the wrong solution. Read my ‘Remission 101’ blog for an introduction to how diabetes and remission work.

What’s included in Remission 12?

A 10 minute discovery call, then up to 1 x 30 minute call per week for 12 weeks. Email and WhatsApp support. I also use an app to provide clients with meal plans exercise plans and messaging too.


How much does it cost?

£299 every 4 weeks - so 3 payments.


Does support stop after 12 weeks?

No - I offer a special rate for clients who continue working with me beyond the 12 week programme.


What if I’m I nervous and it seems like a big commitment?

It’s totally normal to feel nervous before starting anything new. That’s why we do a brief discovery call to break the ice. You will need to commit to get the best results, but we will make a personal plan together and make sure you are happy with it on session 1. You will also have support from myself and the Max Your Health community.
